How do I book a camper vehicle?
You can book online through our website, call our customer service team to make a reservation or send us an email to rent@rentacar.com.au
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. If you need to make changes to your booking, please call our friendly reservations team on (08) 8924 0000.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, all costs will be clearly outlined before booking. Optional extras may have additional charges.
How will I know if my Booking is confirmed?
Once you have completed your online booking, we’ll send you a confirmation email to the provided email address.
What type of driver’s license do I need?
Foreign Licences – You are required to provide a copy of your international licence in English or a translation accompanying your international licence.
What is the fuel policy?
The rules applicable to fuelling and refuelling of a Vehicle depend on the type of rental product you have selected.

Please check carefully the rules applicable for every rental you make.

All Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel (less any used in relation to delivery/collection miles).
