What do I need to collect a Thrifty hire vehicle?
When collecting your Thrifty vehicle, please bring the following with you:

– Booking confirmation number
– Valid driver’s license
– Credit card
What if I return my vehicle and the location is closed, or the airport is unmanned?
You may return the vehicle outside a Thrifty location’s opening hours with our prior agreement, in which case you must park and lock the vehicle and park in our car park. You will need to put the keys in the location’s key drop-box or other such place as advised by Thrifty location staff.
I returned my car, but I think I’ve left things behind. Who do I contact?

What are the return procedures?
Return the camper vehicle to the agreed location, refuel it, and ensure it is clean.
Do I need to clean the camper vehicle before returning it?
Yes, the camper should be returned in a clean condition. A cleaning fee may apply if returned dirty.
What if I return the vehicle late?
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Do I need to refill the fuel tank before returning?
Yes, unless you have opted for a prepaid fuel package.
